Delivery Terms and Conditions of Sale

By placing an order via our website you are accepting these Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms and conditions before placing an order.

michelekambolis.com means Harbourside Family Counseling Centre Inc. whose registered office is at 1727 Fir Street, Vancouver, BC V6J 5J9, Canada . You” means the person placing the order. By placing an order in completing and submitting an electronic order via our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by michelekambolis.com, will result in a binding contract. michelekambolis.com must receive payment of the whole price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Please note orders will only be dispatched once we have received authorization from your payment card issuer.

michelekambolis.com does not sell goods to children online. By using the website to buy goods online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or, if you are under 18 years old, that you are accessing the website only with the consent and assistance of your parent or guardian. After you have placed your order michelekambolis.com will send you an email to acknowledge your order and confirm which goods you have ordered. Please note that this email does not constitute an order acceptance from us and we reserve the right to refuse any order. Once the order has been processed, a further email will be sent to you as confirmation that your order has been accepted and is due for dispatch. michelekambolis.com are not obliged to accept your order and will not accept your order for reasons including but not limited to the following:

• The goods are currently not in stock;
• Your payment is not authorized;
• There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the goods; or
• You have cancelled your order in the manner prescribed below (Cancelling Orders)

Delivery

North America Orders

When you place your order it will be sent by standard delivery. Standard delivery is Canada Post and should take up to 6 days to arrive. We offer a tracking option as well

Please place your order before 1pm to guarantee these delivery times. If you would like to place an express order after 1pm, please email admin@harboursidefamilycounseling.com to see if your request can be dealt with for an additional cost of shipping. We will deliver goods to the address specified by you in the order process.

International Orders

At this time we do not offer international orders.

Delivery to Canada and the USA

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted. All delivery times quoted on the web site are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies. michelekambolis.com cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver the goods if you have supplied us with incorrect information; in circumstance whereby the goods will not fit into a letterbox and the address is unattended; or any other reason once the goods have been dispatched. If goods arrive in a damaged condition, if possible, make a note on the consignment note and inform us as soon as possible after the delivery. It is your responsibility to confirm that the correct number of packages, as indicated on the consignment note included with your goods, has been delivered. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us via admin@harboursidefamilycounseling.com within 10 days from delivery after which you will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are dispatched to you from our distribution office. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. We do offer a free Vancouver pick up 2 business days after the order is placed. You will be contacted once we receive the order from our Vancouver distribution office. Orders placed after 1pm will be considered a new business day.

Cancelling Orders

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it. Please email admin@harboursidefamilycounseling.com stating “Order Cancellation” You will need to give us written confirmation of your name, address and your order number to cancel your order. If you cancel part of an order the postage and packaging charge will be recalculated on the price of the goods you keep. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full however this does not include any return shipping costs that you incur.

Product Availability, Pricing and Payment

Prices and availability are correct at the time of going to press but are subject to alteration without prior notice although we will endeavor to notify you. Please contact if you have any queries about your order. If goods you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Prices throughout the website are quoted in Canadian dollars and payment can only be accepted in Canadian dollars. Prices include GST(where applicable). Packaging and delivery costs (where applicable) will be added to the total price of your goods.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your goods then please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing admin@harboursidefamilycounseling.com

Upon written notification we will at our option exchange the goods; make good any shortage or non-delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the original method of payment. To receive a full refund the goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Please note that our returns policy does not affect your consumer statutory rights.

General

michelekambolis.com will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem relating to goods delivered to you and shall have no liability to pay any compensation other than to refund you the amount paid for the goods upon their return. Please note that nothing contained herein limits any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of Canada. Nothing in these terms and conditions creates any right, which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract between you and michelekambolis.com. michelekambolis.com shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the goods you have ordered or for any delay, damage or defect to goods delivered caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which michelekambolis.com excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
